Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account — you keep your plan through the end of your billing period, and your rollover credits stick around for 30 days in case you come back.
What's actually in a Serenade?
A 30–60 second video of an AI avatar singing a personalized song to your recipient. Choose an avatar, pick an occasion, and we write, compose, and deliver the whole thing.
When do I get charged?
For Serenade packs, right away. For subscriptions, today and then on your renewal date. Stripe handles the money — we don't store your card.
Do credits expire?
À la carte credits never expire. Gift plan credits roll over up to 6 months if you don't use them.
Can I gift a subscription to someone else?
Not yet. For now you can buy à la carte Serenades as gifts — we deliver them to the recipient directly. Subscription gifting is coming soon.
